Is the app free?
Yes. Downloading Eventa, browsing and comparing packages is free. You pay only when you book, and you see the full amount before paying.
How is my payment protected?
You pay the platform and the money is held. It moves to the vendor only after the service is delivered. If anything goes wrong, open a report from the booking and our support team follows it up.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Split the amount with Tabby or Tamara, pay a deposit to hold the booking, or pay in full.
What if I need to cancel?
Every package shows its cancellation policy before you pay, including how much is refunded depending on when you cancel.
Which cities is Eventa in?
Eventa is currently available in Riyadh, Jeddah, دبي, and we keep adding cities. Choose your city in the app to see its vendors.
How do I join as a vendor?
Get the app and choose "Join as a vendor", verify your identity with Nafath and upload your business documents. After review you can publish packages and receive bookings.
Can I manage bookings I take outside the app?
Yes. Vendors add outside bookings by hand, so they sit in the same calendar and close those days.
